Return Process

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help us improve our footwear technology.

  Print Your Prepaid Label

  Download and print the generated prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in the original Topo Athletic shoebox.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
